Hi, I’m Tamilynn, and for the past 18 years I’ve been helping women and couples rewrite the way they experience intimacy, pleasure, and connection.

My journey began in the sexual health and wellness space, where I offered in-home presentations, workshops, and seminars for women of all ages. Over those years, I learned something powerful, no matter how different our stories are, so many of us struggle with the same feelings, shame, confusion, disconnection, and the sense that intimacy should feel better than it does.

That realization fueled my path to becoming a Clinical Sexological and Sex Coach through Sex Coach U . Today, I combine my years of education, hands-on experience, and passion for empowering others into coaching that is direct, compassionate, and shame-free.

I believe sexuality is not something we “outgrow” or need to silence it’s a lifelong source of play, connection, joy and becoming. Whether you’re navigating changes in midlife, longing for more intimacy with your partner, or simply curious about what more is possible for your own body and desires, you don’t have to do it alone.
